Lightroom Presets Special

I’ve gotten a ton of emails asking me which Lightroom presets I use (actually, no one has ever asked me, but Mike Autry feigned interest the other night). I make my own presets and then use them liberally. I put five of my favorites in a zip file that you can access by clicking here.

Devolution of a 365 Attempt

1. Try to capitalize on crazy curly hair today for with an expression you imagine looks quasi-French.

2. Try a different camera angle. Purse slips slightly.

3. Rotate camera one more time. Try a slight glower.

4. Give up all hope of making a “serious” face. Try “monster” instead.

5. Pretend something smells bad. Make face. Then remember that you can’t smell.

6. Give the facial equivalent of a shrug.

7.  Express your disbelief that you have just photographed yourself making all those faces with another funny face.

8. Laugh at yourself, snap one last time, and realize it’s the closest you’ve ever come to capturing yourself genuinely giggling.
